Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your new jewellery.
However, if you change your mind, we are here to help.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to return, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Crucial Security & Anti-Fraud Measures (Security Tags)
For fraud prevention, quality control, and authenticity reasons, all our jewellery items are shipped with a sealed security tag attached.
Important: We will only accept returns if the item is returned in its original, pristine condition, with the security tag completely intact, unbroken, and untampered with.
If the security tag is removed, broken, cut, or tampered with in any way, the item is no longer eligible for a return, and no refund will be issued.
3. Natural Stones and Crystals Disclaimer
Please note that we work with genuine natural stones and crystals. Each stone is unique.
Natural veils, internal fractures, inclusions, and slight variations in colour, size, or shape are characteristic features of natural minerals.
These are markers of authenticity, not manufacturing defects, and do not constitute grounds for a "faulty item" claim.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
In line with UK law, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty:
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Any jewellery made to a specific wrist/neck measurement requested by the customer, or personalized to your requirements.
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings under any circumstances if the sealed product packaging has been opened.
5. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us via our website Contact Form. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Important: You must use a Tracked & Signed delivery service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) and retain your proof of postage. We cannot issue a refund if the returned package is lost in transit and does not reach us.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (including the verification of our intact security tag), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
